Ashley Richard is an executive search professional and Co-Founder of Red Rising Magazine. She is a proud Indigenous woman who lives and works in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Ms. Richard is a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) graduate from the Asper School of Business, where she majored in Aboriginal Business Studies with a focus on economic development. Ms. Richard was the premier recipient of the Aboriginal Business Scholarship and the 20th Anniversary Manitoba Aboriginal Youth Achievement Award.
Ms. Richard has worked as a Project Coordinator for Former Treaty Commissioner James Wilson where she was proud to promote the mandate “We Are All Treaty People”.
A survivor of sexual assault, Ms. Richard tells her story as a way to inspire and empower other women. Twice featured in Macleans, she shared her story as part of a feature “It Could Have Been Me”, where 13 women shared their stories about how they almost became one of the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women in Canada. Ms Richard is honoured to be speaking at the 2017 Truth Conference, where she will share with you the story of how she found her spirit through storytelling.

She lives in Toronto, Canada with her husband and daughter.

Pastor Richard J. Brown is the founder and senior pastor of Kingsway Community Life Centre. Pastor Brown has a heart for society’s marginalized and less fortunate; his signature theme is ‘Loving You Back to Life and Destiny’. Pastor Brown worked with the City of Toronto for many years as a Counsellor specializing in Chronic Substance Abuse and Addiction. He has delivered dynamic ministry in word and worship throughout the United States, and many countries worldwide. He and his wife, Paula, are proud parents of four children.
Martina is currently the full time anthem singer for the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs. In 2015, Martina hit the world stage, as she was chosen as a contestant on the Philippines version of the very popular TV series "The Voice", making it all the way to the "sing offs" and garnering a large social media following as a result of her participation in the show. Martina continues to work on her musical career and has been writing and working with Multi-Platinum producer Rob Wells on new original songs set to release in 2017.

Odalis Alvarez was born in Cuba and graduated from The National School of Arts ENA of Havana City. Focusing on contemporary and modern dance, Odalis soon became an excellent professional dancer and choreographer specializing in traditional Cuban Rhythms, Salsa, Danzon, Mambo, Chachacha, Merenque, and Bachata. Odalis has performed nationally and internationally with dance companies such as Benny More, Ignacio Pinerio, TuxArte, and the Tropicana Show School.
